TrackerVault Help / FAQ
Quick answers about backup, restore, offline access, Premium, claim exports, and the TrackerVault website at https://trackervault.mobile/.
Backup vs restore
Backup creates a new copy of your TrackerVault data from the app into your Google Drive app-data area. Restore reads an existing backup back into the app after you sign in. Creating backups is Premium. Restoring a backup you already have remains available after sign-in.
Secure vs standard backup
Standard backup stores the backup payload in its normal app format. Secure backup adds password-based encryption before the backup is written. Use secure backup when you want stronger protection for the backup file itself, and keep the password or recovery material somewhere safe.
Offline access
Offline access means TrackerVault saves a local copy for a signed-in account on the current device. Opening an existing offline copy is free. Making an account available offline on the device is Premium and does not count as a live Google sign-in.
Free vs Premium
Free covers receipt capture, review, editing, organization, restore access for backups you already have, and opening data already on the current device. Premium covers proof retention through backup creation, secure backup options, making an account available offline on the device, and claim or PDF and Excel exports when the records need to be ready.
During beta, some users may receive a Premium access code. Codes are tied to your account and stay separate from future app store billing.
Claim export basics
Claim export builds evidence-oriented outputs from saved records, including PDF, spreadsheet, or ZIP package formats depending on the action you choose. Review merchant, date, amount, category, beneficiary, and attached proof before sharing an export.
